Working with me is about more than just showing up with a camera. It’s a collaborative, thoughtful process designed to make you feel seen, supported, and excited every step of the way.

1. We start with a phone call.
Once you inquire, we’ll hop on a call to talk through your vision, priorities, and any questions you have. This isn’t a sales pitch it’s about making sure we connect and that this feels like the right fit on both sides.

2. You book and I get to work.
When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract and retainer. Once that’s signed, I’m officially on your team. You’ll receive a short questionnaire that helps me understand the tone, flow, and feeling you want from your day so I can approach it with clarity.

3. We plan intentionally.
I’ll collaborate with your planner and vendors to ensure everything aligns visually and logistically. If you don’t have a planner, I’m happy to provide recommendations for trusted creatives who match your style and values.

4. We build the timeline together.
As the wedding approaches, we’ll hop on another call to walk through the full day building a timeline that allows for natural moments, breathing room, and of course, stunning light. No rushed energy. Just an effortless flow that puts you at ease.

5. We meet before the wedding.
If I’m traveling for your wedding, I’ll arrive early so we can meet in person beforehand grab coffee or just catch up. It makes a world of difference in how natural and connected things feel on the actual day.

6. You live the day. I create the magic.
On your wedding day, you’ll be present. You’ll feel held. And I’ll be there to create something bold, emotional, and completely yours.
