I'm Jack Bates, and together with my small team of photographers and filmmakers, we document wedding days with a focus on presence, real emotion, and timeless storytelling.

I was raised in Jupiter, Florida, a place where turquoise oceans, quiet beaches, and wild sunsets shaped the way I see the world. Nature taught me early to pay attention to fleeting beauty and photography became my way of holding onto it.

Since photographing my first wedding in 2009, I've been drawn to the moments that unfold naturally: the deep breaths before walking down the aisle, the unguarded laughter between friends, the quiet hand squeezes when no one else is watching.

Our approach is simple: create a calm, comfortable space where you can live your day fully while we quietly preserve it.
We blend candid photojournalism, environmental portraiture, and an intuitive sense for light and timing to create galleries that feel effortless, emotional, and honest.

Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of photographing hundreds of weddings across the U.S. and abroad.
